~Sandwich Recipes~ Cranberry Wild Rice Turkey Sandwich & Toasted Rib eye Steak Sub

Cranberry Wild Rice Turkey Sandwich

  • cranberry wild rice bread
  • 2 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 1 orange juiced & zest
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup mayo
  • thin sliced turkey breast
  • crisp bacon
  • cheddar cheese slices
  • fresh sliced tomato (optional)

First off blend up your cranberry mayo spread by mixing mayo, dried cranberry, salt & pepper, orange zest, and some freshly squeezed orange juice in a food processor. Process well and taste to your liking. Next, fry up some good bacon and start building your sandwich. Fry up your turkey breast, bacon, and tomato on a flat top or saute’ pan. I recommend toasting your cranberry wild rice bread with the cheddar cheese in the oven or on a flat top with a bit of butter if you want. Lay down some cranberry mayo and build your epic Thanksgiving style sandwich. Dank and delicious!

Toasted Rib eye Steak Sub

  • garlic butter
  • Rustic style bread loaf subs
  • Boursin cheese spread
  • provolone cheese slices
  • sliced rib eye steak
  • sliced mushrooms
  • sliced red onion
  • olive oil

steak

Prepare your fresh ingredients and set aside. Quick and easy, fry up your rib eye steak slices to your liking while toasting your now cut in half rustic sub loaf with a garlic butter spread (obviously the long ways). Also, fry your onions and mushrooms together with a bit of olive oil at the same time. Now take your toasted sub and spread on some Boursin cheese, you will thank me! Build your sub and lay some prov cheese on top. Put it together and finish it off in the oven until perfect. 😉 Enjoy!

I would love to be better at cooking but I hate cleaning up afterwards. I love the process of putting everything together and the chance of getting it right or wrong but it takes ten minutes to eat it and then ages to clean.
